Partner Brandi Collins graduated summa cum laude from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, and graduated with a Juris Doctorate from the William H. Bowen School of Law in Little Rock, AR. where she was on the law journal.

Ms. Collins was previously counsel for a group of trucking and trucking brokerage companies. In that capacity, she reviewed or litigated regulatory issues involving the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, contract formation, business start-up, corporate formation and business litigation. Her experience relates to the heavily regulated areas of law such as DWI, business start-ups, big truck accidents, and regulatory compliance issues.

Ms. Collins’ areas of practice include various aspects of criminal law, with a concentration in DWI, DUI, drug cases, commercial litigation, and personal injury. She has attended the Mastering Scientific Evidence course in New Orleans on several occasions. This course was designed to teach attorneys the science behind alcohol-related issues. It discusses the effects of alcohol on the human body, standardized field sobriety tests, problems and science of the breath and blood tests, and upcoming legal issues related to DWI. She has also attended the Intensive DWI workshop taught at Harvard Law School and the Drugs that Impair Driving course taught by a National Highway Traffic Safety Administration-certified instructor. Brandi is also a member of the National College for DUI Defense and is a founding member of the DUI Defense Lawyers Association.
