Ms. Collins was previously counsel for a group of trucking and trucking brokerage companies. In that capacity, she reviewed or litigated regulatory issues involving the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, contract formation, business start-up, corporate formation and business litigation. Her experience relates to the heavily regulated areas of law such as DWI, business start-ups, big truck accidents, and regulatory compliance issues.

She has also attended the Intensive DWI workshop taught at Harvard Law School and the Drugs that Impair Driving course taught by a National Highway Traffic Safety Administration-certified instructor.
